    RUMBLE

    Authentic, yet simple to master, cardio mixed martial arts adapted for the group exercise environment! You will use a weapon; The Rumble Stick- creates a higher degree of training and is an extension of your body, which enhances spatial awareness and overall movement. Similar to R.I.P.P.E.D., Rumble has been created for EVERY body! No martial arts experience required, just a willingness to sweat, a desire to get an incredible workout, and the willingness to have fun along the way!

    Kundalini Yoga

    Kundalini(Meditation) Yoga is called the Yoga of Awareness and is a kryia yoga/meditation class for all levels of ability. This class also includes a sound healing with a crystal singing bowl.

    Vinyasa Yoga

    The perfect class for students who want to move more mindfully. This Vinyasa class flows at a natural breath pace, providing plenty of time to find your perfect home within each posture. Great for beginners and experienced students wishing to experience the full expression of the sequence. We will also dive deeper to learn the more subtle practices of yoga including a variety of pranayama and meditation techniques.Open to All Levels.

    Restorative Yin Yoga

    Vanessa incorporates traditional yin yoga postures along with specific breathing techniques, guided meditations and some very personal touches to create a yoga experience like no other. This class has been designed with a tremendous amount of intention, utilizing toning instruments, singing bowls and setting the space up for a profound yoga experience. The invitation is there for you to connect with yourself during this time in a way of deep self compassion while sitting in yin yoga postures long enough for deep hip and shoulder openings to occur. It’s designed with connection & expansion in mind. Namaste

    Balance/Flow Fusion Yoga

    This class is a balance/flow fusion class. It combines both balancing postures along with sun salutations to move in between postures. Emphasis will be on balance as you build flexible strength and raise the heart rate.
